Today Alberto Carvalho starts his tenure as LAUSD’s superintendent. His 100-day plan includes providing 24/7 technology for students, expanding early education, and more.

Employees would be able to take allegations of workplace misconduct to court if a new bill gets President Biden’s signature. It’d be a win for labor activists fighting closed-door arbitration.
