Voters to Decide on Future of California’s Death Penalty

Hosted by

California voters will likely have to decide between two completely opposite death penalty ballot measures this November. Pro-death penalty advocates are turning in signatures today on a measure that would speed up the execution process. Meanwhile, death penalty opponents have already turned in signatures on a measure that would abolish the death penalty in the state.
