Yesterday, 20 miles north of California-s border with Mexico, the Border Patrol chased an SUV full of suspected illegal immigrants for some 10 miles. Though agents say they backed off when the driver failed to slow down, the SUV rolled over and four people were killed. The driver will be charged with alien smuggling.
