For the first time since he took office, Congress has overridden a veto by President Bush.  Tonight we’ll hear what the Water Resources Development Act could mean for LA and the rest of California.  One thing it’s not is a return to bipartisan compromise in Washington.  We’ll talk with Ron Brownstein, who says, “the political system is more polarized than the country”— and likely to stay that way.
