After the Assad regime agreed to pull tanks and troops out of cities and talk to the opposition, the Arab League sent a task force to the country last week to monitor progress. In Time magazine, Rania Abouzeid said that might be "mission impossible." We hear from her and others where that leaves the UN and the US.
