Personal, moral or religious exemptions won’t be allowed if Governor Brown signs a bill passed today by the State Assembly. The Senate originated the measure , which would require vaccination of all children entering kindergarten. It passed both houses by big margins, but opponents plan a court challenge and, possibly, a referendum.
