In the next few days Governor Brown may decide whether state aid for college should go to illegal aliens who've graduated from high school. Democrats are on the verge of passing a bill that Republicans call unfair to citizen-students and unaffordable in tough economic times. We hear both sides. Also, we talk with a public school superintendent who's taken an $800,000 cut in pay to boost student confidence in American government.
