Will California Have a DREAM Act of Its Own?

Undocumented workers bring children into this country, and thousands of them grow up to graduate from high school. Now they need help on the next step toward the "American Dream." That's according to State Senator Gil Cedillo, an LA Democrat, who's pushing a bill to provide them with aid for public colleges and universities.

Undocumented workers bring children into this country, and thousands of them grow up to graduate from high school. Now they need help on the next step toward the "American Dream." That's according to State Senator Gil Cedillo, an LA Democrat, who's pushing a bill to provide them with aid for public colleges and universities. Arnold Schwarzenegger vetoed similar legislation, but Governor Brown has indicated he might go the other way.
