State Supreme Court Rejects Medical Marijuana Limits

In a unanimous ruling today, the State Supreme Court threw out a law passed by the legislature to impose limits on the amount of marijuana patients can have for medical purposes.  The court said only the voters can amend Proposition 215, which legalized medical marijuana 14 years ago.
