UN Debates No-Fly Zone as Gadhafi Beats Down Rebels

The Obama Administration has done an about-face on support for rebels in Libya. Tonight at the UN, it was expected that the Security Council would approve a resolution calling on the international community to stop Moammar Gadhafi from seizing Benghazi, the rebel stronghold, by force.
