Under California’s proposed new standard for sexual consent, an accused aggressor can no longer defend himself by saying, “she didn’t resist.” He can’t blame the victim for being drunk, either. Will the change constrain sexual violence on college and university campuses? Is it too much government intrusion into the bedroom?

Under California’s proposed new standard for sexual consent, an accused aggressor can no longer defend himself by saying, “she didn’t resist.” He can’t blame the victim for being drunk, either. Will the change constrain sexual violence on college and university campuses? Is it too much government intrusion into the bedroom?

Also, straight people are moving into enclaves for gays and lesbians, creating an identity crisis for residents.
