Nuclear Weapons, State Parks and the University of California

Will today's faculty walkouts and student protests win public support for increasing the budget at the University of California? Also, has Governor Schwarzenegger backed way from his plan to close state parks? Budget cuts, furloughs and increases in student fees led to planned walkouts at all ten of the University of California campuses today. Also, Governor Schwarzenegger's staff is "reviewing" that plan to save money by closing state parks. On our rebroadcast of today's To the Point, President Obama has put a ban on nuclear weapons back on the agenda at the UN and in Washington. Are his goals achievable? We hear the pros and cons.
