The Sunset Junction Music Festival began in LA's Silver Lake district 30 years ago, and it's grown into an annual event with dozens of bands and tens of thousands of fans. But this year, it's not going to happen, even though DJ's and music acts were already booked and thousands of tickets were already sold. We find out why the Board of Public Works said, "No." Also, the Santa Monica School District defies a healthy-food trend and sticks with chocolate milk.
