McCourts File Dueling Motions regarding the Dodgers

There's a new chapter in the saga of Frank and Jamie McCourt. She wants to sell the Dodgers. He doesn't. Yesterday and today, they exchanged court filings on whether she has any right to interfere with a deal he claims will give him a chance to make payroll before the end of the month.
