The year's best movie costumes
The 2015 Academy Award nominees for best costume design are Carol (Sandy Powell), Cinderella (Sandy Powell), The Danish Girl (Paco Delgado), Mad Max: Fury Road (Jenny Beavan) and The Revenant (Jacqueline West). Kevin Jones is curator and costume historian at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising (FIDM) in downtown LA.
