    Jason Neroni is the chef at Superba Snack Bar in Venice. He devotes a large portion of his menu to handmade pastas, many of which are flavored with unique ingredients. Right now you can find his Squid Ink Gnocchi, Smoked Bucatini Carbonara, Wakame Spaghettini and Spring Pea Agnolotti on the menu.
