    Jonathan Gold is the Pulitzer Prize-winning food write for the LA Weekly. This week, he takes us to Nha Trang in San Gabriel, which specializes in Central Vietnamese noodles. Jonathan recommends the banh xeo, bun bo hue (rice noodle bowl with pig's knuckle simmered in beef broth), mi quang (noodles with tumeric), Bun rieu (noodles with tomato and meatballs) and pho ga (chicken noodle soup).
