Restaurant architect Stephen Francis Jones tackles noise levels and comfort when designing for dining. Jones, whose architectural firm is SFJones in Marina del Rey, is the former in-house architect at Wolfgang Puck Food Company. He designed the new Kumo restaurant on Melrose Ave.

Jones, whose architectural firm is SFJones in Marina del Rey, is the former in-house architect at Wolfgang Puck Food Company. He designed the new Kumo restaurant on Melrose Ave. (The word kumo means "cloud" in Japanese.)
Jones also designed Typhoon at the Santa Monica Airport.
