Ethnic Flavors for Thanksgiving

Kajsa Alger is the Executive Chef at Street (742 N. Highland Ave., Los Angeles).  She adds an ethnic twist to various traditional Thanksgiving dishes, like creamed corn (she adds coconut milk and pandan leaf), creamed spinach (she makes a saag paneer).  The recipes for these two dishes are here .
