Evan Kleiman is at the Santa Monica Farmers Market this week talking to some of LA's best chefs about what they cook for Thanksgiving. Like it or not, turkey is the centerpiece of the meal. Evan talks to Napa Valley Grille's Joseph Gillard about how he prepares the bird. CJ Jacobson is making a turducken. He explains how it's done. Producer Harriet Ells visits Kazi Pitelka's backyard farm where she is raising heritage turkeys for her dinner. We get vegetarian ideas from Akasha Richmond. Lesley Balla has a roundup of restaurants serving Thanksgiving dinner. Kajsa Alger shares her ethnic twist on classic dishes.
