    Scott Gold is the Shameless Carnivore.  He has a blog and a book by the same name. Guinea pig, cuy in Spanish, is a source of protein and a staple in Ecuador and Peru. Scott ate cuy at Coco Roco in the Park Slope neighborhood of Brooklyn.
