Fresh Ham - This is roasted fresh.

Dry Cured in the Old World style - Similar to Prosciutto Crudo or Jamon Iberico.

New World Dry Cured - Also called "Country Ham."

Wet Cured - This is the traditional ham typically served on Easter.
