    This week on Good Food with Evan Kleiman, we're heading up the 101 to eat in Ventura County. Food writer and critic Allison Costa shares some of her favorite dishes. USC's David Caron explains how tsunamis can affect marine life. Jonathan Gold takes us out for Beijing duck in San Gabriel. We'll find out how to raise backyard chickens from Councilman Bill Rosendahl of LA's Westside. We'll meet food festival royalty courtesy of David Valdes Greenwood. Plus, we'll grapple with the moral complexities of eating meat with Dr. Hal Herzog. David Karp introduces us to the Pixie Tangerine. And, Amelia Saltsman shares a recipe for fava tendrils.
