Tasty Dining specializes in the food of Wuhan, a Chinese city that is roughly the size of Los Angeles located on the Yangtze River between Shanghai and Chongqin. Specialties of the house include bullfrog dry pot, re gan mian, (or hot, dry noodles in sesame sauce), shiu mai with mushrooms and sticky rice and the chewy pumpkin pancake.
