If you love books and you love eating there’s a lot to do on Sunday.

I’ll be interviewing Anne Willan at the Culinary Pavilion of the Book Fair at 1pm then running to the Thai Fest 2013 to lead a discussion of Thai Cuisine in America at 4:30pm with an exciting mix of chefs (Jet Tila, Curtis Stone, Sang Yoon, Andy Ricker, & Kris Yenbamroong).

The Weho Book Fair is an all day hotbed of authors, workshops and interviews including a culinary pavilion (come see Aida Mollenkamp and Patty Zarate) and culminating in a Debbie Reynolds interview and a screening of Singing in the Rain.

Thai Fest 2013 has everything from Thai Dance, Muay Thai demos, Fruit Carving, Umbrella Painting and some of the best Thai food you’ll ever eat in or out of LA. Andy Ricker from Portland and NYC’s Pok Pok will be there talking and cooking as well as our beloved locals Night+Market, Sapp, Jitlada, Bahn Kanom, Ruen Pair, Lucky Elephant, Siam Sunset, Lum Ka Naad,Thai Society , Thai Nakorn and Ayara Thai.
