    RADIO BROADCAST #914

    10-09-26

Fanatic! I hope you had a great week. I’ve been up early and working late pretty much every day. I was able to do some press for the Cool Evidence exhibit happening in Nashville in November. I’m grateful for the coverage.

I got the heads up about this yesterday. Such great news. A new Liz Harris (of Grouper) album.

    A new live Boris album.

As a reward for “getting it all done,” at the end of the day, I’ve been getting in a lot of walking at night. I’m trying to get as much October weather through my system as possible. Although I wish the nights were cooler, they’re good enough and it’s been great to be outside. I’m trying to get as much music played as well. Right now, there’s a lot of new records to listen to. I guess, if you’re open minded enough, there’s always a lot of new records to listen to.

Spacemoth at the Moroccan Lounge on October 16. This is a KCRW Presents event.

For tonight, I believe we have an excellent soundtrack to start your October weekend. I’ve listened to all the tracks through like a mixtape, a couple of times now, usually while walking, and I think we’ve got a good gathering of tunes for you. Of course, we hope you enjoy every second of it. Thank you so much for tuning in, have a great weekend, and STAY FANATIC!!!
