Fanatics!
Tonight is our last Damned album spin. It’s a great one. Strawberries was the band’s 5th album and the last one with Captain Sensible for a long time. Before we get into all that, we have a healthy mix of songs as well as another full album we are going to listen to. Our first seven tracks are good Halloween fare, for better or for worse and then we get into one serious deal, the Misfits 12 Hits From Hell album. From what I read, the album got as close as the promo copy phase and then the band pulled it, immediately making it a rarity. I got my copy a long time ago and feel very lucky to have done so because it’s a great one. Tonight, we listen to it all the way through.
I hope you dig the tunes and if you are going to go wild this weekend, please be careful, there’s enough injury and worse in the world as it is.
