It’s a feel good kinda day as we broadcast Thee Sacred Souls: KCRW Live from HQ. Dig the set which includes fan favorites from the San Diego souldies crew’s self-titled 2022 album including “Future Lover,” and “Easier Said Than Done.” Plus, their heart-racing new single “Running Away,” live and direct to your ears.

Also on deck to keep you grinning are the RJD2 flip of Astrud Gilberto’s Bossa Nova delight “The Gentle Rain,” wistful hip-hop from 16 year old Chenayder, and a connect the dots moment between Talking Heads and Al Green on Green’s 77th birthday.
