Such is the case with Ale and Frosty — in the midst of celebrating the 24th anniversary of revolutionary internet radio station and LA cultural institution dublab, the two drop a heady mix of sounds representing the past, present and “future roots radio” at the core of dublab’s ethos. Think: Jimetta Rose, Julia Holter, Alice Coltrane, Mia Doi Todd, Dntel, and Daedelus (to name a few).
