Are we in an e-scooter bubble?

Not so long ago, a scooter was something a kid would ride down the street. Now adults everywhere are hopping on motorized scooters from Bird, Lime, Uber, and Lyft. So many of them are clogging sidewalks these days that Wall Street investors are starting to pull back.
