In a recent viral video, actor Andy Serkis merges British Prime Minister Theresa May with his “Lord of the Rings” character Gollum. He explains how Brexit and his new movie, “Mowgli: Legend of the Jungle,” have parallels. He directs the film and plays Baloo, the guardian and teacher of the lead character, Mowgli. “That notion of being an outsider and having a sense of yearning for home is really what is the fuel for the Mowgli stories,” he says.
