    R&B singer R. Kelly is out on bail. He was arrested last week on sexual assault charges involving one woman and three underage girls over a dozen years. This is the second time Kelly has faced criminal charges tied to his alleged involvement with underage girls. He was acquitted the first time. He largely avoided professional consequences until the last year or so, despite continued allegations he was abusing girls and women.
