Anti-vaccination sentiment has popped up on Pinterest, better known for recipes, wedding planning, and mood boards than for contentious political battles.

Now Pinterest is filtering out anti-vaccine search results. So if you look up vaccines on the site, you’ll only get results from major public health organizations.
