    At the recent G7 summit, world leaders raised alarms at the burning of the Amazon rainforest, which conservationists call the lungs of the earth. But another rainforest is now in the crosshairs of the Trump administration: the Tongass National Forest in Alaska. It's the largest intact temperate rainforest in the world. President Trump has instructed his Department of Agriculture to open the forest up to logging and road construction.
