Supreme Court issues big decision on faithless electors and minor decision on robocalls

In a unanimous decision today, the Supreme Court justices said states can punish Electoral College delegates for not voting for the person who wins the popular vote. This case was brought by a group of people who refused to cast their vote for Hillary Clinton — in a longshot effort to deny Donald Trump enough votes to win.
