More than 17 million Americans traveled to Europe in 2018, according to the U.S. Commerce Department’s National Travel and Tourism Office.

But the European Unions now says U.S. tourists may no longer come to the region due to surges in coronavirus cases. The EU is also banning visitors from Brazil, Russia, and many other countries.
The ban is already costing Europe a lot of money. It’s projected that their economy will lose billions of dollars.
