Yosemite chief resigns as national parks face gender bias charges

The Superintendent of Yosemite is stepping down amid allegations of sexual harassment and gender bias at the park. In fact, the entire National Park Service is the focus of a federal examination for fostering a culture of bullying, where women say they are afraid to speak up and their complaints are ignored.
