    Appeals Court Deals Major Blow to Obamacare

    Federal subsidies are crucial to making health insurance affordable under Obamacare, but are they legal in 34 states that refused to build their own health care exchanges? Today, one federal court said “no,” threatening some $36 billion in assistance for almost 5 million people… while another court said “yes.”
