Some are revealing their sexuality while they still depend on their families, which has helped to produce an epidemic of LGBT teenagers who are thrown out of their homes.

Instead of waiting until later in life, some are revealing their sexuality while they still depend on their families. That’s helped to produce an epidemic of homeless LGBT teenagers who are thrown out of their homes to survive on the streets. Family rejection is sometimes violent, and often based on religion. Can faith be a way of healing families, as well as breaking them up?
