    Kerry, Europeans Head to Ukraine as Crisis Intensifies

    As casualties mount in Eastern Ukraine, German Chancellor Angela Merkel and French President François Holland met in Kiev today with Secretary of State John Kerry.  Kerry announced $16 million in humanitarian aid for Ukraine, but there was nothing about what are referred to as "defensive weapons."

    As casualties mount in Eastern Ukraine, German Chancellor Angela Merkel and French President François Holland met in Kiev today with Secretary of State John Kerry. Kerry announced $16 million in humanitarian aid for Ukraine, but there was nothing about what are referred to as "defensive weapons."
