On the heels of unleashing the thoroughly modern, Italo-disco-pop fusion single “Rough Waters,” LA-based DJ-producer Nala hits us with a summer-ready party mix.
LA-based house and techno producer-singer Nala has collaborated with the likes of Catz 'n Dogz, Ardalan, Claude Vonstroke, and Nikki Nair. She's also DJ-ed pretty much every major North American festival you can name over the last couple years. Think: Coachella, EDC, Portola, Outsidelands, and Bonnaroo.

She has a real knack for dropping the type of earworms that *really live up to the name. You know, those songs that lodge themselves into the deepest recesses of your brain, ready and waiting to delight you for years to come. The latest is “Rough Waters,” a modern fusion of pop and Italo-disco that marks a new artistic level for Nala as a solo artist. On the flip side, Girl Math, her Riot Grrrl-meets-house project with VNSSA, has resulted in two of the most fun singles of the year: "You Suck" and “Causing Trouble.”
