Broadway and Downtown LA's Renaissance

"Broadway is on fire," according to Carol Schatz of LA's Central City Association. The latest example is conversion of the Rialto Theater into a new store for Urban Outfitters, the upscale clothing chain from Philadelphia. KCRW's Saul Gonzalez has been watching the reinvention of downtown Los Angeles.
