Whoever's elected has a lot to say about how much you pay to insure your property. Who are the candidates? Should the Commissioner's power be increased to include rates for medical insurance? Would that interfere with administering Obamacare? Also, most Californians are saving water in a third year of drought. How come the PG&E, big farmers and almost 4000 others can use all they want?
