Last Wednesday, Sea World’s stock dropped 33% after its earnings report failed to meet expectations. On Friday, the company announced that it’s doubling the size of the tanks where its killer whales live. But it’s adamant in denying that’s a reaction to Blackfish. KCRW producer Benjamin Gottlieb spoke with Dave Koontz, a spokesman for Sea World in San Diego.
