Since Henry Waxman's surprise resignation, candidates have been lining up for a Congressional district that stretches from the Palos Verdes Peninsula to Malibu and into the San Fernando Valley. We hear from two Democrats: State Senator Ted Lieu and former LA City Controller Wendy Greuel.
