Will Executive Action Mean Heathcare After All?

President Obama's latest executive action on immigration could be especially good news for more than a million illegal immigrants in California.  They are not entitled to Obamacare, but they might qualify for California's version of Medicaid — if they're poor enough.

President Obama's latest executive action on immigration could be especially good news for more than a million illegal immigrants in California. They are not entitled to Obamacare, but they might qualify for California's version of Medicaid — if they're poor enough. Medicaid is federal health insurance for low-income people, administered in California as Medi-Cal, which is more generous than Medicaid in most other states.
