Do not be surprised if you see more people than usual stuffing their faces with tacos for breakfast, lunch and dinner on Tuesday, October 4. That’s because dozens of food companies are dubbing it “National Taco Day.” Here at Good Food, not a day goes by that we don’t get an email celebrating some national foodie holiday. Since we’re always on the lookout for any excuse to talk tacos though, we invited LA Weekly food writer Garrett Snyder to the station to enlighten us on a very specific kind of taco: the gringo — ahem, “white boy” — taco.
