Evan and I spent a lovely morning at the Adelaide Central market. Mark Gleeson gave us a light tour (with samples of oyster, prosciutto, plums and salami). It’s a great market that reminds me of Reading Terminal in Philadelphia. We’re headed back tomorrow when more sellers will be there. Expect more pics!
