Every Tuesday I answer a question from a Good Food listener. You can email me a question, leave one on Facebook or add one in the comments section here. This week’s came from Erica:
Could you recommend a book to get someone who thinks eating organic is a bunch of hokey? I need something with hard facts and humor too (asking too much?) Thank you!
My go-to book for this exact issue is Food Rules by Michael Pollan with illustrations by Moira Kalman. I asked listeners on my Facebook page and several others recommended Michael Pollan as well as Marion Nestle’s What to Eat and Samuel Fromartz’s Organic, Inc.
