The other day, Evan and I were in Long Beach taping an interview. We immediately thought of going to Bludso’s BBQ in Compton for lunch. Jonathan Gold recently talked about their brisket and beef ribs on the show. Yum… we were salivating before we even got out of the car. As is usually the case, Evan and I ordered way too much food – we just had to try everything! They even brought us some sauce-less brisket for Evan’s dog Paco.
